Both in-person sessions on-site (in your classroom, boardroom, etc.) and virtual learning (land-based, live on location lessons) are available to meet your specific needs

WHEN/HOW LONG

Presentations can be booked throughout the school year, can be adapted to class length (ex: 45 min, 1 hour) and multi-part lessons are available that span over more than one session

Topics: Indigenous artwork, beadwork, cultural appreciation, cultural appropriation, Métis history

Length: 2 hours (includes bannock-making activity, interactive card game and brief presentation)

Topics: Making bannock, history of bannock, land and resources, farming, Treaties, the enigma of bannock as a pan-Indigenous dish

Length: 45 minutes - 1 hour (fitness session with history lesson)

Topics: fitness, strength, coordination, oral tradition, mnemonic devices, global Indigenous movement
